Job Specifications

A24 is looking for a part-time, in-office intern to support the Business + Legal Affairs team for the summer. Must be available up to 20 hours per week with 2-4 days in our New York office from June to August 2026.

Initial Responsibilities

Reviewing and summarizing entertainment and corporate contracts
Maintaining the legal department's knowledge management resources
Researching legal questions related to film and television projects and industry updates (e.g., guild rules, AI policies, etc.)
Assisting with additional special projects

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in an ABA accredited law school - preference will be given to 2Ls and 3Ls
Available part-time during the summer to work in person at A24’s office in New York City
Strong interest in entertainment law
Highly motivated and detail oriented
Excellent written and oral communication skills
