About The Role

As a Program Manager – ServiceNow, you will lead strategic ServiceNow programs, ensuring successful delivery and alignment with client objectives. You will be a valued member of our Digital Business & Technology team, collaborating closely with stakeholders across delivery, architecture, and client leadership.

In This Role, You Will

Drive end-to-end program management for ServiceNow implementations, upgrades, and integrations.
Define program governance, manage risks, and ensure compliance with client and Cognizant standards.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring transparency and stakeholder satisfaction.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation within ServiceNow engagements.

What You Need To Have To Be Considered

Proven experience in program management within IT service management or enterprise platforms.
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules and implementation methodologies.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
Fluency in English; French or Dutch is a plus.

These Will Help You Stand Out

ServiceNow certifications (CIS, CSA, or equivalent).
Experience in managing large-scale digital transformation programs.
Familiarity with Agile and ITIL frameworks.
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
