Your Responsibilities

Business Development

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and outbound efforts
Assist in lead generation and nurturing campaigns alongside the sales and marketing teams
Follow up with prospects after successful event invitations or meetings to convert them into clients, in collaboration with the Sales Manager
Support preparation of client-facing materials (presentations, proposals, emails, etc.)
Attend external events, trade fairs, and meetings when applicable

Marketing Support

Contribute to the development and execution of lead generation campaigns
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment between sales goals and promotional efforts

Sales Administration

Help maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems
Support reporting processes and assist in preparing internal sales dashboards and performance metrics
Coordinate with other internal teams (technical, operations, etc.) to ensure smooth follow-up and client satisfaction

Security Awareness

Adhere to company policies related to data protection, confidentiality, and information security
Promote and practice a security-first mindset in all customer communications and internal processes

Profile We’re Looking For

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field
Native Dutch speaker (mandatory)
Good command of French and/or English is a strong asset
a self-taught person as we all are
motivated to step into the cybersec world
Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Well-organized and able to work both independently and as part of a team
Comfortable using MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint); experience with CRM platforms is a plus
