As part of the Brand Team, you will play a key role in the execution of business strategy and corporate initiatives. You will support the Brand Managers to help achieve brand performance and provide strategic direction to cross-functional teams to drive brand growth goals.

Hybrid: 3 days in office (Oakville)

Salary: $75,000+ CDN

Key Responsibilities

Provide support in the development and execution of the brand growth plan, clearly defining where the brand will play and how it will win in the marketplace.
Own day-to-day brand execution, supporting the Brand Manager in delivering against revenue, margin, and market share objectives.
Lead cross-functional coordination with creative, communications, digital marketing, performance marketing, sales, regulatory, and supply chain teams to bring brand initiatives to life on time and on budget.
Support the management of the brand portfolio including product lifecycle management, innovation support, pricing architecture, promotional strategy, and distribution execution across retail and e-commerce channels.
Assist in building and maintaining the brand’s annual marketing calendar, launch timelines, and go-to-market plans.
Support campaign execution across owned and paid channels, including influencer programs, social, retail media, and e-commerce content (PDPs, A+ content, brand stores, etc.).
Support budget tracking, invoice management, and post-campaign analysis to ensure strong marketing ROI and continuous optimization.

Qualifications:

Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or commercial roles, preferably within a CPG, wellness, beauty, or nutrition environment.
Strong analytical capability with experience using data to drive decisions (e.g., sales performance, campaign results, retail metrics, margins).
Experience working cross-functionally and managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Understanding of digital marketing, e-commerce, and social/influencer ecosystems is an asset.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to develop clear presentations, compelling brand stories, and effective sales materials.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems independently.
