Responsibilities

The Role:

The role will develop value-add engineering capabilities that help deliver customer success, both for external and internal customers (example: AI enablement across the SaaS and Apps delivery function). The org has a unique proximity to the customer and often needs to develop/deploy engineering configurations that are supported by a small but impactful ‘in-house’ engineering capability. This role will deliver cutting edge, innovative solutions to our customers which make an immediate impact to our customers.

Configure, test, and optimize generative AI solutions to deliver business value.
Measure and monitor AI performance, recommending improvements and developing new AI solutions to drive value for Oracle and its customers.
Help enable features and subsystems, such as on AI solutions, and help with operation’s technical requirements.
Design new scalable solutions for fast changing infrastructure environment with complex needs in fields like configuration deployments, monitoring, and logging.
Perform deep drill down analysis into performance bottlenecks and provide necessary fixes.
Bring in new ideas, change, evolve, improve, and simplify the production infrastructure.
