Job Title : Artificial Intelligence Engineer

Our Client is looking for an AI Engineer who’s passionate about building impactful Generative AI applications from the ground up. In this role, you’ll help design, develop, and deploy AI-driven solutions that elevate user experiences and deliver measurable business value.

You’ll collaborate with architects, senior engineers, and cross‑functional partners to bring ideas from concept to production. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives on solving complex problems, learning continuously, and shaping modern engineering practices.

What You’ll Do

Build, deploy, and refine GenAI applications in production environments
Contribute to architecture and design discussions
Work hands-on with large datasets, data pipelines, and cloud-native technologies
Evaluate, monitor, and improve LLM-powered capabilities
Partner with engineering leaders and stakeholders to align with strategic goals
Support best‑in‑class engineering standards and iterative delivery
Learn from senior engineers and mentor peers as the team grows

Required

5+ years of software development experience
3+ years in hands-on engineering roles (startup or enterprise)
Strong experience building full products from scratch and operating them in production
1+ year of experience delivering applications powered by AI/ML models
2+ years working with large datasets or data-intensive systems
2+ years with containers, cloud-native apps, and infrastructure-as-code
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field

Preferred

Strong computer science fundamentals and experience across the tech stack
Exposure to proprietary and open-source LLMs (OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, etc.)
Commitment to code quality, testing, and reliable engineering practices
Experience evaluating LLM output quality and safety
Clear communication skills—written and verbal
Interest in mentoring, collaboration, and ongoing learning
Ability to tackle complex problems in distributed systems
Familiarity with Python and/or front-end development
Advanced degree in Computer Science or related fields
