Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced DevOps Technology Manager to oversee and enhance enterprise DevOps platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile delivery tooling across hybrid and multi-cloud environments. This role ensures that delivery pipelines are automated, secure, scalable, and aligned with enterprise standards.
In this hands-on leadership role, you will design and govern CI/CD architectures, lead cloud migration initiatives, and implement best-practice DevOps automation that supports complex application stacks. You will also manage Jira and Confluence platforms, drive AI/ML-enabled DevOps improvements, mentor engineering teams, and guide enterprise-wide delivery practices.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise DevOps platforms and CI/CD pipelines across on-prem, hybrid, and cloud environments.
Define and govern standardized pipelines that support automated testing, security validation, artifact management, and multi-cloud deployments.
Oversee cloud migration activities—including applications, services, and pipelines—to AWS, Azure, GCP, or hybrid platforms.
Administer and enhance Jira and Confluence, ensuring effective workflows, permissions, reporting, and Agile support.
Manage source control, repositories, and artifact management (e.g., GitHub, JFrog, Maven).
Implement security and quality scanning in pipelines using tools such as SonarQube, Coverity, and Black Duck.
Apply observability and performance testing (e.g., JMeter) to validate releases and ensure reliable deployments.
Evaluate and adopt AI/ML-enabled DevOps capabilities, including predictive analytics, anomaly detection, and automation enhancements.
Key Requirements
12+ years of IT experience across application delivery, infrastructure, or platform engineering.
8+ years of hands-on leadership in DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, or delivery platform management.
Strong experience with CI/CD automation, cloud deployment pipelines, GitHub, and multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Proficiency with Jira and Confluence administration and governance at scale.
Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, container orchestration, and cloud-native deployment patterns.
Knowledge of artifact management tools (JFrog, Maven) and security/quality scanning platforms (SonarQube, Coverity, Black Duck).
Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, CloudFormation) and observability tooling.
Familiarity with APIs, microservices, messaging, and event-driven architecture.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence through technical credibility.
Experience working in Agile/SCRUM and hybrid delivery environments; Financial Services experience preferred.
