Job Specifications
Our client is a long-established manufacturer of temperature-controlled laboratory equipment, trusted worldwide for the preparation and preservation of scientific samples. As they continue to expand and innovate, they are seeking an experienced Product Manager to take strategic ownership of their full portfolio of freezers, incubators, and related solutions.
In this senior role, you will shape product strategy, define multi-year roadmaps, and act as the voice of the customer across the organisation. You will lead market and competitive analysis, guide new product developments, drive lifecycle management, and ensure each product meets performance, quality, and profitability expectations. This includes coordinating closely with R&D, production, sales, marketing, and leadership teams to deliver successful launches and continuous improvements.
You will support commercial teams with product introductions, training, pricing, promotional activity, and visits to key opinion leaders. You will also oversee project assessments, contribute to industrialisation and compliance activities, monitor performance, and make data-driven recommendations for optimisation.
Candidates should hold a master’s degree (or equivalent) in engineering, life sciences, or business, with 5–8 years’ product management experience in laboratory equipment, life sciences, or medical technology.
Strong cross-functional leadership skills, international market experience, and fluency in French and English are essential. Familiarity with digital marketing tools is advantageous.
