A high-profile organisation that is entering a defining phase in its development, is seeking a (Junior) IT Manager to manager the delivery of its secure, resilient and future-ready IT environment!

This role will suit candidates who have strong soft skills and an interest in sport, coupled with experience of the following:

Leading the day-to-day management of IT operations, ensuring systems are robust, secure and highly available.
Owning the IT infrastructure, including networks, hardware, cloud services and core applications.
Acting as the primary point of contact for all IT matters across the organisation, translating business needs into practical technology solutions.
Driving continuous improvement, modernisation and automation of systems and processes.
Managing cybersecurity, data protection and system resilience in line with best practice and regulatory requirements.
Overseeing vendor relationships, contracts and service performance, ensuring value for money and service excellence.
Support innovation across sporting, commercial and corporate functions, enabling data-led decision-making and operational efficiency.
Provide matchday IT support for all home and key external fixtures.

Additionally, you will be confident and credible and thrive in fast-moving, performance-driven environments.
