As a Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for the total commercial results in the Belgian market. You will be developing and implementing the commercial strategy of the unit. You will drive an entrepreneurial mindset, continuous improvement, a fact based (digital) way of working, and proper relationship management. In this role you will be the driver of change acceptance and ambition; continuous improvements in efficiencies, commercial excellence.

What We Ask

Academic/Master level with minimum of 10 years experience
In-depth knowledge of B2B and Foodservice market
In-depth knowledge of Sales including entrepreneurial and commercial skills, winning mentality, agility

This production site is located in a traffic-free area where more than 500 dedicated colleagues from various disciplines work together every day to achieve shared goals.
