What you’ll do

Lead, coach and develop a growing cross‑functional product team

Define and deliver a clear product vision and digital roadmaps

Oversee the full product lifecycle across SaaS and bespoke clinical systems

Collaborate with clinical, operational, digital, data and technology teams

Build strong supplier partnerships and ensure value for money

Drive data‑driven decision‑making and measurable product outcomes

Provide clear communication and governance across MSI UK
