Typical Day in the Role

• Purpose of the Team: This team is part of the global support team. They provide end-user services (IT support) to internal employees. They help run the help desk.

• Key projects: This role will contribute to ensuring data quality for dashboards and reports that helps the business and service delivery teams make data-driven decisions.

Data Analyst

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to support metrics and reporting for MS Digital

Global Support.

We are planning to leverage AI/ML to aid in these service improvement decisions. Our centralized reporting platform, Digital Nervous System (DNS), is based on MS Fabric

and utilizes the capabilities to get, store, analyze, develop, and visualize data from ServiceNow and

other enterprise sources to track operational performance and drive continuous improvement.

5+ years in the following skills - in order of importance:

1. Hands-on experience with MS Fabric and Azure data services

2. Experience using Azure Machine Learning for creating no-code/low-code solutions

3. Strong experience with Power BI, including data visualization, modeling and DAX

4. Working knowledge of SQL and Kusto Query Language (KQL)

5. Experience in data analytics or reporting roles

6. Experience with Power Apps and MS 365 applications (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint,

Word)

7. Ability to quickly understand data models and structures from enterprise applications

8. Experience conducting UAT for reports, dashboards, and metrics
