We are seeking a strategic, highly organised (Retail) Marketing Campaign Manager with a strong digital marketing background and experience in automotive, SaaS, or auction environments.

This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimising integrated marketing campaigns that support EDealer’s website, Digital advertising, SEO, inventory management services, & EBlock Dealer-to-Dealer wholesale auction business. You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Events to deliver impactful promotions, brand campaigns, and product launches that drive adoption, engagement, and revenue.

What You Will Do - Campaign Strategy & Execution

Develop effective marketing campaigns, including but not limited to, email, sales enablement, product banners, social media, presentations, corporate video scripts, and website content
Own and support EDealer & EBlock’s digital marketing strategy with a strong focus on:
Campaign performance tracking and analytics
Conversion-focused messaging across digital touchpoints
Content optimisation & SEO best practices
Monitor performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.
Partner closely with Sales and Account Management teams to:
Support B2B promotions, retail programs, and sales incentives
Deliver clear, compelling campaign messaging aligned to sales objectives
Ensure timely execution and fulfilment of promotional programs
Work directly with Product and Technology teams to:
Support feature launches and platform enhancements
Translate product capabilities into clear customer value propositions
Align marketing campaigns with the product roadmap and retail strategy
Contribute marketing insights to help shape go-to-market strategies.
Provide proactive brand marketing support across departments to ensure consistency and alignment.
Collaborate with the Marketing Events team to support customer recognition and industry initiatives.

What You Will Need

5+ years of progressive experience in marketing campaign management, preferably in:
Automotive
B2B retail
SaaS or technology-enabled marketplaces
Auction environment
Experience with data analysis and visualisation tools, and strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets to interpret and analyse customer data.
Strong digital marketing expertise, including email marketing, website content, SEO, and analytics.
Familiarity with social media management and digital campaign tools.
Proven experience working cross-functionally with Sales and Product teams.
Solid understanding of project management principles in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional writing and editing skills, with experience producing:
Marketing copy (Sales collateral, promotional and brand content)
Ability to work through ambiguity, prioritise effectively, and problem-solve independently.
Post-secondary degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.
Hands-on experience with tools such as:
HubSpot Marketing Hub
CRM (Zoho, Salesforce, Hubspot)
Project management tools
Google Workspace
Automotive industry experience is strongly preferred.
Fluency in French is an asset but not required.

At E INC, in the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share our base pay as it is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. The base pay range for this full-time position is $65,000.00 - $75,000.00, and this role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses or commission payments. Your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition, our ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
