Job Description

Job Title : Program Manager

Job Type : C2C/W2

Experience : 10 – 15 years

Location : San Jose, California (On-site)

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end program management across multiple cross-functional teams
Define program scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables aligned with business goals
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and risk mitigation strategies
Drive stakeholder alignment and executive-level reporting on program status
Manage budget planning, forecasting, and resource allocation
Identify and resolve program-level risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks
Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between Engineering, Product, Operations, and Business teams
Ensure on-time, on-budget, high-quality program delivery
Implement governance frameworks and standardized PMO processes
Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to measure program success
Facilitate program reviews, retrospectives, and continuous improvement initiatives
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements

Qualification

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
