Job Description
Reporting to the Senior Director, Product Operations, the Senior Manager for Program Management team will have the following responsibilities:
Experience leading complex, programs from initiation through delivery
Lead all aspects of diverse, very complex programs, working with business leaders to align strategies.
Lead the execution of change and scale through collaboration with product and engineering leaders.
Work with regional products and technology teams, partners, and regional heads to promote scale and acceleration FSD Products and solutioning
Service both internal and external clients
Manage forums for check-ins with product teams, partners, executive leadership, and strategic partners.
Scale the organization to ensure measurability, ongoing sustainability, and growth.
Partner with product, Engineering, Operations, Sales, Finance and Executive teams to create a symbiotic relationship and transparency.
Create a collaborative environment that fosters autonomy, transparency, mastery, innovation, and learning, promoting continuous improvement and driving the transition to making their product organization and outcome driven.
Anticipate and remove obstacles that slow down or prevent programs from delivering on their goals
Manage work with multiple delivery teams working across organizational boundaries to define roadmaps and program interdependencies using agile and traditional project management framework and methodologies
Lead Project and Program Managers to lead program deadlines and deliver products to market
Qualifications
We require a BA/BS; it also requires an MS or MBA as a plus.
You have 8+ years of strong program management experience
You have experience as a Product Manager and roles in engineering
You can translate complex technical matters into terms understood by business professionals
High competency with multiple software programs, including SharePoint[CB1.1]), ServiceNow, JIRA, Confluence, SmartSheet and Wrike.[CB2.1]
You can work well in a, cross-regional/cultural, matrixed management environment
Articulate and build operating model for new functions and teams
Articulate and manage to important goals and use metrics to improve performance and provide data to support important decisions
Prepare realistic estimates of resource requirements (e.g., budget, headcount) needed to accomplish team goals
Balances urgent action, and resolving problems; hold company partners accountable
Implement short-term (tactical) and long term (strategic) plans
Experience framing, establishing, and implementing product and solution scaling plans
Ensure agreement across a range of different opinions and interests
Promote an appealing vision for the future, communicating high expectations, developing, and mentoring direct reports, and setting an example in one's own behavior
