Senior Power Automate Developer
We are seeking a results-driven Power Platform Developer with a strong focus on Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) to join our digital innovation team. This role centers on designing secure, scalable, and intelligent automation solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform—Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Dataverse, and Copilot—while enforcing modern identity, access, and governance controls through Entra ID. You will partner with business and IT stakeholders to deliver automation and analytics solutions that improve productivity, reduce risk, and support Zero Trust principles by integrating identity, access management, and conditional security controls into low-code and AI-enabled applications.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement secure workflow automations using Power Automate, incorporating Entra ID-based authentication, authorization, and conditional access.
Build Power Apps and Dataverse solutions that leverage Entra ID users, groups, roles, and service principals for role-based access control (RBAC).
Create interactive dashboards and semantic data models using Power BI, including secure data access via Entra ID and managed identities.
Integrate Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and AI Builder into Power Platform solutions while ensuring identity-aware access and data protection.
Configure and manage Power Platform connectors, APIs, and integrations secured with Entra ID OAuth, managed identities, and app registrations.
Collaborate with security and identity teams to align Power Platform solutions with Zero Trust, least privilege, and compliance requirements.
Implement governance controls including environment strategy, DLP policies, security roles, and lifecycle management.
Monitor automation performance, troubleshoot identity or access issues, and optimize flows, apps, and reports.
Promote adoption of Power Platform solutions and provide guidance on secure development best practices.
Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Dataverse).
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), including:
App registrations and service principals
OAuth / OpenID Connect authentication
User, group, and role-based access control
Conditional Access and identity security concepts
Experience securing Power Platform solutions using Entra ID, managed identities, and least-privilege access.
Proficiency with Power BI data modeling, DAX, and Power Query, including identity-based data access.
Experience integrating Copilot, AI Builder, Azure AI, or generative AI services into workflows and applications.
Ability to design and troubleshoot integrations with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, APIs, and external systems.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
