Founding UK Enterprise Account Executive (Enterprise SaaS)
An early-stage SaaS company in the marketing compliance space is expanding its UK presence and hiring a Founding UK Enterprise Account Executive. The platform supports highly regulated industries, with a strong focus on financial services, helping organisations manage regulatory risk, streamline approval workflows, and ensure compliant customer engagement across marketing channels.
Already partnered with established global brands, the business is now building out its UK enterprise sales capability. While financial services is a core vertical, the platform also serves fintech, legal, and pharmaceutical organisations operating in complex regulatory environments.
This is a high-impact, founding role. You’ll lead strategic enterprise sales across the UK, owning complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles within highly regulated sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Own and drive 6–12 month enterprise sales cycles across UK enterprise accounts
Lead new business development within financial services, fintech, banking, and wider finance, alongside legal and pharmaceutical sectors
Engage senior stakeholders across compliance, legal, risk, procurement, IT, and marketing
Navigate complex governance frameworks and formal procurement processes typical of regulated industries
Partner with leadership to refine and execute the UK go-to-market strategy
Help establish enterprise sales processes, messaging, and playbooks as a founding team member
Build long-term relationships within the UK financial services ecosystem and adjacent regulated markets
What We’re Looking For
Strong track record of selling enterprise SaaS into financial services
Direct experience selling into fintech, banking, insurance, asset management, or broader financial institutions
Exposure to additional regulated sectors such as legal tech or pharmaceuticals is advantageous
Deep understanding of risk-averse buying processes and regulatory considerations within UK finance
Proven ability to manage complex, multi-threaded enterprise sales cycles
Experience engaging senior stakeholders across compliance, risk, and legal functions
Comfortable operating in an early-stage environment and building structure from the ground up
Experience working with organisations regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority is highly beneficial
