Job Title- QA Lead (Enterprise Programs | Hybrid Role)

Location: St. Paul, MN (390 Robert Street North, MN 55101)

Work Model: Hybrid (Minimum 1 day onsite per week)

Interview Process: In-person interview required

We are seeking an experienced QA Lead to drive quality assurance strategy and execution across large-scale, enterprise-wide initiatives. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring both strategic oversight and active involvement in testing activities.

Key Responsibilities

Lead QA efforts across multiple concurrent enterprise initiatives, ensuring alignment with program objectives and quality standards
Develop and implement QA strategies, frameworks, and best practices across projects
Create and manage test plans, test cases, and defect tracking processes
Provide hands-on support for functional, regression, and integration testing
Lead and mentor QA analysts while managing multiple workstreams
Oversee vendor-led testing activities and ensure adherence to program standards
Manage QA schedules, dependencies, and risk mitigation across projects
Define and track QA metrics such as defect density, test coverage, and release readiness
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to prioritize testing efforts
Support release management, configuration control, and maintain end-to-end traceability
Promote QA best practices across teams and ensure governance throughout the project lifecycle

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in software quality assurance or testing
5+ years of QA leadership experience in large programs or enterprise environments
Experience working in multi-system integration and multi-vendor environments
Hands-on experience with manual and/or automation testing
Experience developing QA strategies, test plans, and quality metrics
Familiarity with tools such as Azure DevOps, JIRA, or HP ALM
Experience working in Agile, Iterative, and Waterfall methodologies
Exposure to cloud-based or SaaS implementations

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
Experience in regulated industries or mission-critical system implementations
Exposure to public sector, utilities, or transportation domains
Knowledge of performance testing, test data management, and vendor validation
Familiarity with test automation frameworks
