Our client, the award-winning travel group is seeking a commercially driven Director to lead their retail homeworking and partner network division.

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will take full responsibility for sales growth, profitability, partner expansion and brand positioning. This is a strategic leadership role with board-level influence and P&L accountability.

Key Focus:

Drive sustainable revenue and margin growth
Lead and expand the homeworking and partner network
Influence at Board level and shape commercial strategy
Oversee budgets, compliance and supplier negotiations
Build and inspire high-performing teams

About You:

Proven Director / Senior Leadership experience, leading homeworkers in the travel sector and franchises
Strong commercial and financial acumen
Track record of delivering profitable growth
Credible, influential and strategically minded
Willingness to undertake regular UK and occasional overseas travel as required.
