AI Solutions Outreach Specialist

The AI Solutions Outreach Specialist will be instrumental in organizing and evaluating AI tools for investment purposes, joining calls with various AI and financial companies, and staying updated with new opportunities and tools in the market. This role is part of a new team, Investment AI Solutions, focused on leveraging AI technologies to enhance investment strategies. The ideal candidate will have experience in consulting environments, possess strong organizational skills, and have a deep understanding of investment-focused tools.

Required Qualifications:

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple vendor relationships
Ability to join calls and engage with vendors
Experience with AI tools and financial products
Ability to evaluate and organize AI tools
Understanding of investment-focused tools
Exceptional client facing and interpersonal skills — highly organized, polished, and strong in executive?level communication.
On?site presence in Baltimore 4 days per week to effectively support stakeholders and maintain team alignment.
Strong business insight with an understanding of technology, tools, and product roadmaps — able to speak confidently with investors and tech?forward clients (including familiarity with platforms like Perplexity AI).

Preferred Experience

Background in investment or financial sectors
Experience in consulting environments like EY, Deloitte, or Accenture

Key Responsibilities

Join calls with various AI and financial companies to explore new opportunities
Organize and evaluate AI tools for their effectiveness in investment strategies
Stay updated with market trends and new AI technologies
Collaborate with team members to integrate tools into the investment process
