To continue our growth journey, we are looking for Marketing Executive to join our supportive and high performing team. Our modern offices and workshops are located in Theale, Berkshire within walking distance of the village centre and train station.

This role is office based in Theale, 5 days per week.

The Role

The primary purpose of this role is to shape and deliver marketing activity aligned to our agreed business strategy.

You’ll be responsible for generating warm, qualified leads and supporting sales - primarily nurturing our existing database while also identifying and attracting new strategic prospects. You’ll work closely with senior leadership and manage key external partners to ensure our marketing runs effectively and delivers measurable results.

This is a broad, hands-on role where you’ll have real ownership and visibility across the business.

This is an opportunity for a strong, experienced Marketing Executive wanting to step up to expand their knowledge and be help shape a marketing department with more hands on experience across all the marketing disciplines.

Key responsibilities include:

Develop and execute marketing plans aligned to our 3–5 year business strategy
Build and nurture warm leads from our existing CRM database
Identify and attract new strategic prospects within both current and new sectors
Own and optimise HubSpot activity to increase engagement scores and improve lead quality
Plan and run product and service-led digital campaigns to drive engagement and conversions
Oversee website improvements, updates, and performance optimisation
Support the build-out and launch of a new market sector
Manage and collaborate with third-party partners (Digital Agency, Creative Agency, Content Writers)
Track, report and analyse marketing performance with a clear focus on ROI

You will bring measurable and practical marketing skills, creativity and energy to the business, continually building our impact with the sector and always looking to improve our customer experience at every stage of their journey with Swiftpak.

Confidence, credibility and impeccable communication skills are essential for this role, as you will be working closely with third party technology businesses, our end users and a diverse group of colleagues.

Qualifications & Experience

Marketing qualifications (degree not essential) or evidence of high-level and applied personal & professional development
Experience of working in FMCG, B2B environment is desirable
3+ years’ experience in a marketing role
A broad understanding of marketing disciplines (digital, content, CRM, campaigns)
Experience of driving marketing campaigns across multiple channels
Proven experience running digital campaigns focused on products and/or services
Experience of HubSpot, and leveraging its tools to drive engagement and nurture leads
Evidence of managing and optimising WordPress websites
Experience in driving SEO growth
Evidence of copy writing experience across different platforms
A good understanding of Social Media platforms
Experience managing external agencies and suppliers
