Company Description
WM5G Limited is a fast-growing health and care technology scale-up business with a mission to support the NHS and Local Authorities to reduce waiting lists, improve patient outcomes and transform productivity. We work in partnership to deploy, operate and scale innovative diagnostic, discharge and care solutions aligned to the NHS 10-Year Plan and the three strategic “big shifts”.
Originally established six years ago as a leading digital connectivity, innovation and transformation organisation, WM5G Limited is a subsidiary of the West Midlands Combined Authority (WMCA). The company is governed by an independent board and operates under full audit and company governance requirements.
Since its formation, WM5G has led pioneering health and care technology programmes including early bowel cancer diagnosis, connected ambulances and remote care home monitoring. Three years ago, WM5G secured £10m of funding to scale remote monitoring, community diagnostics and prevention trials into live clinical services, working in partnership with the West Midlands’ three NHS Integrated Care Boards (ICBs) to support more than 5,000 citizens.
Following the success of these programmes, we are now scaling our Community Diagnosis, Digital Discharge and Technology-Enabled Social Care solutions commercially across the West Midlands and nationally.
Role Description

The postholder must be adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, complex environment where priorities may shift in response to programme and partner needs.
This is a three-month fixed-term contract with potential for extension subject to programme requirements and performance.
