Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic AI/ML Training Lead to champion organization-wide AI/ML adoption and drive measurable productivity improvements. This role will focus on enabling teams through structured training, hands-on guidance, and practical AI/ML integration into daily workflows.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical AI/ML knowledge with change management expertise, stakeholder engagement skills, and a passion for fostering innovation and Responsible AI practices.

Key Responsibilities

Champion organization-wide AI/ML adoption by motivating, influencing, and enabling cross-functional teams.
Design and deliver structured training programs and hands-on workshops to build confidence and practical AI/ML skills.
Develop best practices, playbooks, and reusable frameworks for AI/ML-driven workflows across departments.
Integrate AI/ML solutions into existing business processes to reduce manual effort and streamline operations.
Collaborate closely with offshore and global teams to ensure alignment, seamless execution, and consistent training delivery.
Define and track clear KPIs to measure AI adoption, productivity improvements, and efficiency gains.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on data insights and feedback.
Promote Responsible AI principles, ensuring secure, ethical, and compliant AI usage across the organization.
Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on AI enablement strategy and workforce readiness.

Required Qualifications

5–8 years of experience in AI/ML, digital transformation, or technology enablement roles.
Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, tools, and practical enterprise applications.
Experience designing and delivering technical training programs or workshops.
Proven ability to drive cross-functional adoption of new technologies.
Experience working with global/offshore teams.
Strong analytical mindset with experience defining and measuring performance KPIs.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Generative AI tools and LLM-based solutions.
Familiarity with AI governance, compliance, and Responsible AI frameworks.
Exposure to automation tools, workflow optimization platforms, or low-code solutions.
Background in change management or enterprise transformation initiatives.
