About the Role

We are seeking a visionary Head of Market Intelligence & Insights to lead our global market intelligence and analytics function. This is a strategic leadership position, critical to shaping executive-level decisions through high-quality market, competitor, and customer insights that drive growth and investment strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Vision: Build and lead a global team of analysts, setting the vision and roadmap for market intelligence.
Strategic Insight: Deliver forward-looking insights, scenario analysis, and trend identification to guide corporate strategy.
Competitor & Market Analysis: Develop structured approaches for monitoring competitors, disruptors, and market dynamics.
Analytics & Reporting: Oversee dashboards, reporting tools, and AI-driven analytics to enable data-driven decision-making.
Collaboration: Partner with senior executives and cross-functional teams to align intelligence with strategic goals.
Governance & Compliance: Ensure data governance, reporting standards, and adherence to global privacy regulations.

About You

Proven experience leading market intelligence or analytics functions in global organisations.
Strong technical expertise in BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and data governance.
Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
Experience in workforce solutions or platform businesses and AI adoption is highly desirable.
