Talent Acquisition Specialist – Attorney Recruitment (London)

Salary: £45,000 – £50,000

Location: Liverpool Street

Working Pattern: Hybrid

We are working with a highly regarded international law firm who are looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support their London office with Attorney Recruitment.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is genuinely passionate about recruitment and enjoys being hands-on with the full hiring process — from sourcing talent through to offer stage.

The Role

You will provide support across all aspects of Attorney recruitment, including:

Managing the end-to-end recruitment process for legal roles
Working closely with hiring managers and stakeholders
Direct sourcing and building talent pipelines
Coordinating interviews and providing an excellent candidate experience
Supporting with recruitment projects and market insight

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally:

Have previous recruitment or talent acquisition experience
Have exposure to direct sourcing (LinkedIn, talent mapping, etc.)
Be highly organised with strong communication skills
Have a genuine passion for recruitment and candidate engagement
Be comfortable working in a professional services or legal environment
