This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Software Engineer, Mobile - REMOTE. In this role, you will have the opportunity to innovate and enhance mobile experiences for both iOS and Android platforms using Flutter. Your contributions will significantly impact the quality of customer interactions and shopping experiences while supporting dispensaries across diverse markets. You will also play a key part in leading technical initiatives within a growing mobile engineering team, collaborating closely with product and design teams throughout the development lifecycle.

Accountabilities

Develop mobile applications using Flutter for iOS and Android to create superior shopping experiences.
Collaborate with Product and Design teams to design, develop, and launch new user-facing features.
Optimize applications for performance, accessibility, and cross-platform consistency.
Stay updated with modern mobile technologies and best practices to enhance code quality and user outcomes.

Requirements

5+ years of software development experience, including mobile.
Experience in building cross-platform mobile applications, preferably with Flutter and Dart.
Strong knowledge of mobile application architecture and performance optimization.
Proficient in writing clean, testable, and organized code.
Self-driven with the ability to manage projects independently.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with frequent code deployment.
Enjoyment of both work and personal time.

Starting salary targeting $149,000 - $201,000 based on experience.
