Our client is an established American global leader (turnover >$500M) in the high-end chemical industry. From their European headquarters and production site in East Flanders, they serve thousands of professional customers across the EMEA region.

The organization is currently undergoing an exciting transformation phase. To elevate their Customer Care and Sales processes to a higher digital level, we are looking for an analytical talent to take the lead in this brand-new position.

Your Impact

In this hybrid role, you will be the driving force behind the digital customer journey. You will bridge the gap between day-to-day operations (Customer Care), IT, and the strategic vision of the Sales Directors.

Key Responsibilities

You analyze the current order flow within Dynamics and identify bottlenecks. Using tools like Power Automate, you eliminate manual tasks (e.g., price list management, reporting) to free up the team to focus on the customer.
You build interactive Power BI dashboards based on Dynamics data. Your analyses of customer behavior and win rates will help steer the commercial strategy across Europe.
You advise on the optimization of the B2B webstore and support key accounts with their digital connectivity (EDI).
You translate business needs into concrete improvements within the ERP system (Dynamics).
Voice of the Customer (VoC): You collect and analyze feedback to objectively measure and improve service quality, translating customer needs into structural process adjustments.
To truly understand the internal processes, you are willing to occasionally support the team (e.g., during holiday periods) with order processing.

Profiel

We are seeking a candidate who thinks in terms of processes, understands data, but always keeps the customer at the center of their work.

Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in an analytical field (Business Economics, Business Analysis, Supply Chain, or IT Management).
You are an expert in Power BI and are fascinated by the possibilities of Power Automate and AI.
Experience with Dynamics (or a similar ERP package) is a strong asset; you can act as a fully-fledged sparring partner for the IT team.
You communicate clearly and persuasively in English. Knowledge of other European languages is a plus.
You are proactive, autonomous, and possess the maturity to propose improvements to senior stakeholders. You are a "builder" who thrives in a changing environment.

Aanbod

A competitive gross annual salary between €65,000 and €75,000 (depending on experience and potential).

A 39-hour work week with 6 ADV days (recuperation days), flexible working hours (start between 07:00 and 09:30), and 2 days of remote work per week (including a home office allowance).
