To support our growth ambitions, we are looking for an experienced Business Developer who can understand our business, translate it into a compelling commercial message, and open doors at new clients.
Role & Mission
As a Business Developer, you play a key role in expanding DynaFin’s market presence. Your primary mission is to open new doors, initiate strategic conversations with prospects, and create qualified business opportunities.
You are the first commercial point of contact for new prospects. You understand DynaFin’s value proposition, translate it into a clear and impactful commercial story, and work closely with our internal experts to define the best go-to-market and sales strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Understand DynaFin’s Business & Market
Develop a strong understanding of DynaFin’s service offerings and expertise.
Understand the key challenges and priorities of Financial Services players.
Stay informed about market trends and client needs.
Build and Deliver a Compelling Commercial Story
Develop tailored commercial messages for different types of clients and stakeholders.
Identify client pain points and articulate relevant value propositions.
Prepare and deliver pitches, presentations and introductory meetings.
Continuously refine the commercial discourse based on market feedback.
Prospecting & Business Opening
Identify and target new prospects within the Financial Services industry.
Approach decision-makers and influencers through various channels (network, direct outreach, events, digital tools).
Secure qualified introduction meetings with prospective clients.
Act as the initial commercial entry point at new accounts.
Opportunity Qualification
Understand and qualify client needs during first interactions.
Structure and formalize opportunities (context, scope, stakeholders, timing).
Support experts during client discussions.
Collaboration with Internal Experts
Work closely with consultants, managers and directors to shape commercial approaches.
Coordinate expert involvement in client meetings and proposals.
Contribute to defining the best sales and engagement strategy per opportunity.
Market Intelligence & Sales Strategy
Gather and share market insights, client feedback and competitive intelligence.
Support the identification of priority target segments and accounts.
Actively contribute to continuous improvement of sales approaches and tools.
CRM, Reporting & Governance
Maintain accurate records of contacts, interactions and opportunities in the CRM.
Report regularly on business development activities and results.
Work with qualitative and quantitative KPIs focused on opportunity quality.
Brand Representation
Represent DynaFin at client meetings, events and networking initiatives.
Participate in or support the organization of commercial events.
Contribute to strengthening DynaFin’s visibility and reputation in the market.
Profile & Experience
Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales or account management.
Experience in consulting, professional services or Financial Services is a strong asset.
Proven ability to engage with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
Skills & Competencies
Strong business acumen and ability to understand complex service offerings.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
Ability to open doors and initiate high-level conversations.
Structured, proactive and results-oriented mindset.
Comfortable working in a collaborative environment with experts.
Fluent in English; knowledge of French and/or Dutch is a strong asset.
