Job Specifications
ADP is hiring a Salesforce Administrator.
Are you focused on the quality and accuracy of data?
Do you enjoy empowering teams by turning their frustrations into seamless, automated wins?
Are you a natural problem-solver who looks at a manual bottleneck and thinks, 'I can build a Flow for that'?
Well, this may be the role for you. Ready to make your mark?
In this role, you will support multiple business units by managing user setup, permissions, and system issues. The ideal candidate will gather and analyze requirements, validate solutions, and prioritize development efforts. This role will also be responsible for building and maintaining case and task templates, activity plans, and various Salesforce communications and reporting tools.
No two days are the same. You will be supporting Compliance Solutions to implement our Salesforce CRM tool, setting up users, working with our business users to understand their needs and help support them for a successful rollout. You will also look for ways to help them automate tasks, whether that be through guided flows, activity plans, or other automation.
To thrive in this administrator role, you’ll use your expertise to guide us toward best practices, help us avoid pitfalls and be instrumental in change management and adoption of the tool. We look to you as a subject matter expert in Salesforce.
