As International Key Account Manager, you will be the trusted partner for our most strategic global customers, shaping long-term collaboration, anticipating engineering needs, and unlocking value through tailored industrial solutions for a portfolio of clients primarily active across Belgium, France and APAC, as well as additional key regions such as the Netherlands, Germany and Switzerland.
Main Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic account plans: to drive growth and deepen collaboration across multiple regions.
Identify new business opportunities: within key accounts by understanding engineering needs and mechanical processes.
Conduct regular business reviews: performance assessments, and improvement initiatives.
Deliver technical-commercial value: leveraging ERIKS’ expertise in Power Transmission, Gaskets, Flow Control, Industrial & Hydraulic Hoses, and Sealing & Polymer Solutions.
Coordinate activities: with local sales teams and Product Groups to ensure seamless customer support.
Lead or support complex international tenders:
Provide accurate reporting: on performance, pipeline, and market developments.
Your Profile
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree:
7+ years of commercial experience: in a technical/industrial B2B environment (MRO, OEM, or industrial components).
Good understanding of mechanical engineering processes: and the ability to translate customer technical challenges into the right ERIKS solutions, with familiarity with one or more industrial component domains (e.g. power transmission, flow control, gaskets, hoses, sealing & polymer solutions).
Proven experience: in managing international key accounts and building long-term customer relationships.
Strong communicator: with analytical strength, problem-solving ability and cultural sensitivity.
Independent, structured and collaborative: working style.
Fluent in English: plus French, Dutch or German.
Willingness to travel internationally: primarily within Belgium, France and the Netherlands, with occasional travel to other regions (e.g. Germany, Switzerland or APAC) depending on customer needs.
