Job Specifications

We are seeking an experienced Digital Product Manager with strong knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to support a large, enterprise-level organization within the technology and media industry.

Pay Rate: $60.00/hour

Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end digital product initiatives across the full SDLC, from discovery and requirements gathering through development, QA, launch and post-release optimization
Define and execute product strategy and roadmaps aligned to business goals, customer experience objectives and technical feasibility
Collaborate closely with engineering, UX/UI, marketing, operations and analytics teams to deliver scalable, high-quality digital solutions
Translate complex business and customer needs into detailed product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria and functional documentation
Own and prioritize the product backlog, facilitate sprint planning and actively participate in Agile ceremonies
Track KPIs and product performance metrics, leveraging data and user insights to drive continuous improvement and informed decision-making
Proactively identify risks, dependencies and process improvements within the SDLC

Qualifications:

4+ years of experience in Digital Product Management within large, complex organizations
Strong, hands-on understanding of the SDLC, including requirements documentation, development workflows, testing cycles and release management
Demonstrated experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and partnering closely with engineering teams
Proven track record of delivering customer-facing digital products across web, mobile or integrated platforms
Ability to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution in a fast-paced environment
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences
Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to guide product decisions
