Location: Hybrid | Chicago, IL (2–3 days onsite per week)

Pay: $45–$50/hr

Duration: 03/16/2026 – 02/21/2027

We are partnering with a leading airline organization to support their Digital Innovation team. This role will focus on high-impact mobile app and .com platforms that support millions of travelers. Key Responsibilities

• Write detailed user stories and define clear, testable acceptance criteria

• Own and manage the product backlog to ensure sprint readiness

• Participate in Agile ceremonies including grooming, sprint planning, kickoff, and estimation

• Partner closely with UX, Development, and QA teams to align scope and feasibility

• Engage directly with stakeholders and extract the “why” behind requests

• Provide strategic recommendations aligned to business goals

• Analyze data and contribute to product strategy discussions

Required Experience

• 3–4 years of Ecommerce experience

• Strong experience working within Agile frameworks with iterative delivery

• Digital product experience required: mobile app or .com platforms

• Experience supporting customer-facing or agent-facing tools

• Strong communication and active listening skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment

Preferred

• Airline or travel industry experience is a plus

• Technical understanding or system knowledge is a bonus
