I’ve partnered with a high-growth fintech startup that’s reimagining how money moves globally enabling businesses and individuals to move millions of dollars in seconds using modern financial and crypto infrastructure.

This is an opportunity to join a Series A company backed by top-tier investors and work directly with the CEO and CTO to help define the core product and technical foundation from the ground up.

The Opportunity

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you’ll be part of a small, senior team building the systems that power real, high-value financial transactions at scale. You’ll own projects end to end from shaping product specs to shipping production-ready features used by real customers moving real money.

If you enjoy building simple, intuitive user experiences on top of complex financial and technical systems, this role offers real ownership, autonomy, and visibility.

The interview process is practical and respectful of your time focused on system design and real-world architecture, not algorithm grinding or unpaid assignments.

What You’ll Be Working On

Designing and shipping full stack features across web and mobile platforms
Building and scaling APIs and services that support secure, high-volume financial transactions
Integrating with third-party payment and financial partners (processors, banks, on/off ramps, compliance and identity tools)
Owning projects from idea to production, working closely with leadership, product, and design
Improving system reliability, observability, and performance across the stack
Maintaining a high bar for code quality, testing, and clean architecture

What We’re Looking For

Strong experience with TypeScript and Node.js (some Rust in the stack)
Production experience with React Native (Expo experience is a plus)
Proven ability to own complex features from concept through launch
Comfort debugging across frontend, backend, and infrastructure layers
Solid understanding of security best practices and handling sensitive data
Clear communication and the ability to collaborate with non-engineering teams
Thrives in fast-moving, early-stage startup environments

Extra Credit

Experience with fintech integrations (Stripe, Plaid, ACH) or blockchain infrastructure (especially Solana)
Background as an early engineer at a startup with meaningful product ownership
