About the opportunity
Position Overview
Quividi provides the industry leading and most trusted audience measurement and analytics platform for the Instore Retail Media and Digital Out of Home markets. We are expanding our EMEA team and seeking an outstanding commercial leader who can build strong partnerships with Retailers, Brands, Media Owners and System Integrators across the region.
The EMEA Commercial Director at Quividi is a key leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our footprint across the EMEA region. This individual, reporting to the CRO, will develop and execute the regional sales strategy, build high-value collaborative partnerships, and lead business development efforts throughout the region.
The ideal candidate possesses expertise in Retail Media Networks (RMNs), AdTech, or MarTech and has a proven track record of scaling high-performing long-sales cycle complex businesses that involve compliance, data analytics and retail requirements. You will work closely with global marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure Quividi’s platform and products deliver high use case value. Ultimately, you will leverage discovery, data and strategic insight to uncover customer needs and position our solutions as ROI driven investments.
Key Responsibilities
EMEA Sales Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement a comprehensive EMEA-specific sales strategy to capture market share in a complex ecosystem
Identify and penetrate high-growth markets within the region, tailoring the approach to local retail environments and requirements.
Set regional KPIs and revenue targets that align with global company objectives while accounting for local market maturity.
Business Development & Regional Partnerships
Expand Quividi’s regional client base by securing strategic partnerships with major EMEA retailers,
Cultivate relationships with Retail Media Network Leaders and C-suite executives, positioning Quividi as the bridge for cross-border retail media success.
Act as a thought leader within the EMEA AdTech community, representing Quividi at key regional events and forums.
Pipeline & Revenue Management
Manage the full EMEA sales funnel, ensuring a robust pipeline and CRM alignment
Lead complex negotiations, managing regional pricing and contract legalities
Maintain accurate revenue forecasting for the EMEA territory to the CRO and exec team.
Client Success
Partner with Customer Success to ensure seamless onboarding that ensures excellent customer experience and program requirements.
Drive expansion revenue through strategic upselling, ensuring Quividi becomes the data analytics platform for our clients' in-store retail media businesses.
Skills & Qualifications
10+ years of experience in B2B Commercial Sales, specifically within Retail Media, AdTech, or MarTech across EMEA markets.
Proven track record of scaling enterprise sales operations within the region.
Deep Market Knowledge: Robust understanding of the EMEA retail landscape, programmatic advertising, and regional privacy regulations (GDPR/ePrivacy).
Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead remote or distributed teams across different time zones and cultures.
Communication: Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills; fluency in English is required, and proficiency in an additional major European language (French, German, Spanish) is a significant plus.
Technical Savvy: Expert-level proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce) and a data-driven approach to sales coaching.
Agility: A strategic thinker who is comfortable "rolling up their sleeves" in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
