Software Developer - Senior (RQ10806)
Client: Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery and Procurement (Justice Technology Services - Digital Design Branch)
Work Location: 21 College Street, Toronto, Ontario (Onsite)
Contract: April 20, 2026 - September 30, 2026 (147 business days)
Extension: Probable after initial mandate
Hours: 7.25 hours per day (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Mon-Fri excluding breaks)
Security Level: CRJMC

About The Role
Senior .NET Software Developers with 8+ years experience building modern cloud-based digital information systems and integrations for Justice Technology Services. This onsite role focuses on Microsoft Azure implementation, web-based B2B/B2C applications, full SDLC, application support, UAT testing support, deployment packages, and knowledge transfer.
Must Haves
8+ years full SDLC with Microsoft .NET Framework technologies.
Proven experience developing web-based B2B/B2C applications in client/server environments.
Key Responsibilities
Build modern cloud-based digital information systems and integrations.
Provide application support across Development/UAT/Production.
Support testing team during system and UAT phases.
Prepare deployment packages and build instructions.
Participate in knowledge transfer sessions.

Technical Expertise (40%)
8+ years SDLC with .NET Framework; web-based client/server applications
UI Development & Integration (35%)
HTML, XML, XSLT, JavaScript, Visual Studio (2005/2008/2010+)
Languages: C#, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, XML, XSL, HTML, XSLT
Frameworks: ASP.NET, MVC, AJAX, WPF, WCF, Web Services
Database Skills (20%)
MS SQL Server (2005/2008/2012); Stored Procedures expertise

8+ years Ontario Public Service experience

Required Qualifications
Candidates must demonstrate 8+ years .NET SDLC expertise with proven Azure cloud implementation, web B2B/B2C application development, MS SQL stored procedures mastery, and Ontario Public Service experience for justice sector digital transformation projects.
