Title: Salesforce Developer (Loyalty Management)
Client: Banking
Location: Toronto, ON
Duration: 12-Month Contract (High likelihood of extension)
Start Date: ASAP
Pay Rate: $50 - $62/hr CAD
Overview:
Our client in the banking sector is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join a growing development team supporting Salesforce initiatives focused on Loyalty Management and Salesforce Data Cloud.
The consultant will work within an Agile delivery team responsible for building and enhancing Salesforce components that support loyalty programs and customer engagement capabilities.
This role is ideal for a developer who has strong Salesforce platform experience and has previously worked on Salesforce Loyalty Management implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and enhance Salesforce solutions, with a focus on Loyalty Management components
Build scalable Salesforce functionality supporting loyalty program capabilities
Work with Salesforce Data Cloud to integrate and manage customer data
Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product owners, architects, and QA
Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code
Support troubleshooting and optimization of Salesforce applications
Contribute to ongoing platform enhancements and new feature development
Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of Salesforce Development experience
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Loyalty Management
Experience building custom Salesforce components
Strong development experience with:
Apex
Salesforce Platform development
Experience working with Salesforce Data Cloud
Experience working in Agile development environments
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience within the Banking or Financial Services industry
Experience with Python
Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise systems
