Job Specifications

This role primarily focusses on OPEN AI and Need Strong Developer

Key Responsibilities

∙ Design and develop end-to-end AI/ML pipelines including data ingestion, model training, evaluation, and deployment

∙ Build and productionize LLM-based applications using frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or custom agentic workflows

∙ Develop RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems using vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB)

∙ Collaborate with data engineers to integrate AI solutions with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery)

∙ Fine-tune and evaluate large language models (OpenAI GPT, Claude, Llama, Mistral) for domain-specific use cases

∙ Implement responsible AI practices including model monitoring, explainability, and bias detection

∙ Support client-facing demos, proof-of-concepts, and solution presentations

∙ Work within CI/CD pipelines to automate model deployment and versioning
