**Job Title:** AI/ML Developer (OpenAI)
**Role Summary:**
Design, build, and productionize AI/ML solutions centered on large language models (LLMs). Create end‑to‑end pipelines, integrate with cloud data platforms, and deliver client‑focused demos while ensuring responsible AI practices.
**Expectations:**
- 3–5 years of hands‑on AI/ML development experience.
- Proven ability to deliver production‑grade LLM applications.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills for cross‑functional and client interactions.
- Commitment to model monitoring, explainability, and bias mitigation.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Design and implement full AI/ML pipelines (data ingestion, training, evaluation, deployment).
- Build LLM‑based applications using LangChain, LlamaIndex, or custom agentic workflows.
- Develop Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) systems with vector stores (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB).
- Integrate AI solutions with cloud data services such as Snowflake, Databricks, or BigQuery.
- Fine‑tune and evaluate large models (OpenAI GPT, Claude, Llama, Mistral) for specific domains.
- Apply responsible AI practices: monitoring, explainability, bias detection.
- Produce client demos, proof‑of‑concepts, and solution presentations.
- Maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated model deployment and version control.
**Required Skills:**
- Proficient in Python and ML libraries (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face).
- Experience with LLM frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex) and prompt engineering.
- Familiarity with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB).
- Knowledge of cloud platforms and data warehouses (AWS/GCP/Azure, Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery).
- Understanding of CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI).
- Ability to implement model monitoring, logging, and bias assessment.
- Strong problem‑solving, documentation, and communication abilities.
