HORECA Business Development Executive – Kimberly Clark

Location: Yorkshire - Leeds, Sheffield and Surrounding Areas

Contract type: 8-month fixed term with potential to be made permanent

Salary: Up to £33k per annum depending on experience plus performance related bonus, company car and fuel card

Are you passionate about building relationships and experienced at selling? Kimberly-Clark Professional, home to the iconic brands such as Andrex and Kleenex are seeking outstanding Business Development Executives to join the launch of a brand-new sales team!

About the Role:

You will play a crucial role in expanding our presence within the HORECA channel. You will do this by:

Visiting a diverse range of establishments, from hotels, restaurants to pubs
Identifying opportunities to gain new customers and increase brand distribution to drive sales of the Kimberly-Clark portfolio
Managing your own diary, effectively balancing the identifying & targeting of new prospects with visits to existing customers
Great organization, time management, and a confident selling approach will be key to your success in this role, coupled with a growth mindset and resilience to develop from a new team into a high performing team
Success will be measured through new customer sign-ups, incremental distribution points and orders placed

Who Are We Looking For?

We seek confident, results-driven, and highly organized individuals who will thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

You should be a self-starter, capable of working independently and be confident in cold calling, pitching and closing.

This role is all about relationships so demonstrating an ability to build rapport fast with good communication skills is key, as well as being able to problem solve and show agility when required.

Experience in FMCG, Foodservice (AFH) or field sales within the AFH channel is a strong plus

Requirements:

Full UK manual driving license (with no more than 6 points or previous bans). All offers will be subject to a successful DVLA license check.
