Job Specifications

Top Tier Asset Manager is looking for a Solutions Engineer to help design and deliver scalable enterprise solutions!

Responsibilities:

• Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions

• Lead system implementations and platform enhancements, with a focus on Salesforce

• Build workflows, dashboards, and automations to support multiple teams

• Integrate AI-powered tools to improve knowledge management, search, and automation

• Diagnose and resolve platform issues to maintain system performance

• Develop documentation, training materials, and support user adoption

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in solutions engineering, technical consulting, or related roles

• 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration or development experience

• Familiarity with LLM tools such as ChatGPT or similar technologies

• Experience with Python, SQL, or Apex is a plus

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to navigate complex problems and deliver practical solutions
