It is a key role in this development involves the design, fabrication and operation of pilot plants and in future demonstration plant that will provide the learnings necessary to build full scale commercial plants. It is a hybrid of technical design of pilot/demo plants and the safe and efficient operation of these plants to gain the technical knowledge and solid proof to design the commercial plant. Necessarily there will a strong need for continuous improvement of all processes with the ability to shift focus as technical knowledge is gained.
