Data Business Analyst (Primarily REMOTE)

Optomi, in partnership with a leading data-driven organization, is looking for a Data Business Analyst to join their team. The Data Business Analyst will support the data team by engaging in documentation, requirements gathering, and data analysis. The role involves working closely with business teams to document their needs, create technical requirements, and develop PowerBI dashboards. The analyst will collaborate with the Principal Data Engineer and PM/Scrum Master to ensure seamless communication and updates to business teams. Post-deployment, the analyst will gather feedback to ensure high user adoption.

Proven experience in business analysis and customer service.

Experience with PowerBI and AWS services, especially Lambda.

What the responsibilities are of the right candidate:

Gather and document business needs and technical requirements.
Develop and enhance PowerBI dashboards, focusing on visual appeal and accuracy.
Partner with data engineers and project managers to deliver updates and gather feedback from business teams.
Conduct data analysis and QA testing to ensure dashboard quality and functionality.
