Freelance Senior Business Analyst- Hybrid, Vlaams Brabant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst to join the Global Network Management team in the aviation industry. This department deals with Intercontinental network planning (forecasted freight vs planned network capacity) and network control (actual freight vs. actual network capacity)

They use a lot of applications, but teams around the world work differently and there is a crucial need for PROCESS HARMONISATION +major ENHANCEMENT of the application landscape or even GREENFIELD Development.

YOUR MISSION: Being the bridge between business and IT

-process harmonization cross domain

-Simulation/Scenarios and integration with Cost calculation

-writing detailed user stories

-Feature backlog

-Remodel

Your PROFILE

-Experienced Business Analyst who can work AUTONOMOUSLY

-Experienced MODELER/ Specification Writer

Structured Analysis/Model Driven
BPMN
User Stories
Logical Data Models

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into clear and actionable deliverables.
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with structured analysis techniques (e.g. SA/SD, Information Engineering or equivalent), requirements gathering, documentation, and validation processes.
Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques, such as process modeling, logical data modeling, business rule specification, business service specification and use case analysis.
English Fluent verbal and written (Dutch is a plus)
Aviation industry standards knowledge is a plus
