What You'll Do:

Jamesway is embarking on a transformative SAP S/4HANA ERP implementation to streamline operations and enhance data integrity across our manufacturing and engineering functions. We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Master Data to join our team on a 15-month contract. This role will be pivotal in preparing our engineering item master and manufacturing data for successful migration into the new ERP system.

Master Data Cleanup & Engineering Item Master Preparation

•Audit and reconcile engineering item master data across PLM, SolidWorks, and legacy ERP systems.

•Identify and resolve discrepancies in BOMs, routings, ECNs, and work centers.

•Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Operations teams to ensure data accuracy and alignment.

•Document and implement best practices for master data governance.

SAP ERP Data Migration Support

•Prepare clean, validated manufacturing item lists for SAP S/4HANA upload.

•Work with SAP implementation team to define data templates and validation routines.

•Support mock data conversions and resolve data quality issues.

•Assist in testing, training, and go-live activities related to master data.

What You Bring:

Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Information Technology, Data Science, or related field.
3–5+ years of experience in engineering environment or master data roles.
Strong understanding of BOMs, routings, ECNs, and manufacturing documentation.
Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP or similar).
Proven experience in data analysis, cleansing, and migration projects.
Master Data – SAP ERP Implementation.
Experience with PLM systems and CAD tools (SolidWorks preferred).
