Sr. Business Systems Analyst – Market Operations & Payments

Must-haves:

Advanced Communication Skills (Verbal/Written)

Strong Requirements Elicitation Skills

Strong User Stories/System Requirements Creation Skills

Extensive Data Analysis/Mapping/Modelling Experience – including ability to write/execute SQL queries

Prior experience with / working knowledge of: System Context Diagrams, Flow/Sequence Diagrams, Use case diagrams/documentation, Project Delivery (Agile/PDLC), JIRA, Confluence, MS Office, MS Visio

Broad-based Market Operations & Payments Knowledge (including but not limited to various payment and non-payment messages sent over SWIFT, other rails like Visa or Interac, ISO20022, capital markets back-office functions/processes (settlements, confirmations, reconciliations, etc.) and reference data setup (Legal entity/Counterparty Information, Security Settlement Instructions (SSIs), etc.)
