Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity OT Analyst to support and secure Operational Technology (OT) environments across critical infrastructure and industrial systems. This role is fully onsite in the Oklahoma City area and requires deep experience in OT security, ICS/SCADA networks, and handling PHI within regulated environments.
The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience in industrial cybersecurity, understands the unique constraints of OT systems, and can operate within healthcare‑related or PHI‑connected infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor, analyze, and respond to cybersecurity events impacting OT, ICS, and SCADA systems.
Lead vulnerability assessments and risk evaluations across OT environments, including PLCs, HMIs, DCS, and industrial control networks.
Implement security controls and compliance processes related to PHI, HIPAA, and related healthcare data regulations.
Support incident response activities specific to OT systems, including isolation, investigation, containment, and remediation.
Maintain and update asset inventories for OT systems and critical equipment.
Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and operations teams to ensure security requirements align with uptime and safety priorities.
Develop and execute OT network segmentation designs, access controls, and monitoring improvements.
Conduct threat hunting and advanced monitoring within industrial environments.
Create documentation, runbooks, and reporting for audits, compliance, and internal governance.
Support integration and deployment of OT cybersecurity tools such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, asset discovery platforms, and secure remote access solutions.
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience in Cybersecurity with a strong OT focus.
Hands-on experience supporting ICS/SCADA, industrial automation, and control systems (e.g., Rockwell, Siemens, Honeywell, Schneider Electric).
Experience working with PHI and compliance standards such as HIPAA, HITECH, or NIST frameworks (e.g., NIST 800‑53, NIST CSF).
Strong understanding of OT network architecture, segmentation, firewalls, and industrial protocols (Modbus, DNP3, OPC, etc.).
Experience with SIEM platforms, threat detection tools, and vulnerability management solutions.
Solid incident response background with proven ability to triage and remediate OT‑related events.
Ability to work 100% onsite in the Oklahoma City area.
Preferred Qualifications
Industry certifications such as:
GICSP, GRID, CISSP, CISM, CEH, Security+, or similar.
Experience in healthcare, energy, utilities, or manufacturing environments.
Familiarity with OT cybersecurity standards: ISA/IEC 62443, NERC CIP, or similar.
Knowledge of asset monitoring solutions (Nozomi, Claroty, Dragos, Cisco Cyber Vision, etc.).
