1st Line Customer Support Analyst
Start Date: Monday 30th March
Location: London, Marylebone
Duration:3 months
We are looking for a customer orientated IT Support Analyst, who is professional and personable to join our customer on a 3 month contract. You'll be responsible for providing excellent customer service, whilst being the first point of contact for IT Support queries.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage workloads, ticket queues, and ensure SLA are met.
Technical support for desktops, laptops, tablets, mobiles, hardware, and software.
Experience with ticketing systems (eg, ServiceNow).
Support Windows 10/11, O365, Applications and Active Directory.
Log and maintain customer enquiries, offering proactive updates where needed.
Install, configure, upgrade, move, rebuild, and decommission IT equipment.
Good knowledge of desktop environments, PC/server hardware, and software
Escalate and hand over bespoke software issues; ensuring all technical info is logged.
Strong problem-solving skills and well-organised approach.
