Salary: £25,000 per annum (pro-rated) 

Requirements

Currently studying for an Undergraduate or Master’s degree to be received in 2027 (2:1 minimum predicted) in a technical degree discipline (with exposure to coding) (UK or international equivalent)
Fluent business English, numerate, strong interpersonal skills
Permission to work in the UK

What You Can Expect

Make a real contribution to your team, working on challenging projects and broadening your understanding of the wider function
Partner with key individuals across the business, interacting with senior stakeholders from the start
Take part in training to understand our business and industry
Collaborate on a group intern research project and present your recommendations to senior stakeholders
Receive structured support: induction, regular time with your line manager, a dedicated buddy, and Early Careers check‑ins
