What You’ll Do
Authentic Studios produces premium original specials, television series, theatrical films and live stage productions based on our vast IP which includes 55+ major brands, the estates of Marilyn Monroe, Elvis Presley and Muhammad Ali, Sports Illustrated and partnerships with living legends including Shaquille O’Neal and David Beckham. The Authentic Studios Summer (June 15 - August 13, 2026) Intern will learn all aspects of development, pre-production and production. You will report directly to the Studios President and work closely with our Authentic Studios team. If you are willing to roll up your sleeves and learn all facets of our business, we want to meet you!
What You’ll Be Working On
Learn how to research, design and create pitch decks and treatments that help attract top content creators
Learn how to pitch, package, and sell projects within the Authentic model
Long term project: Develop and create your own project to pitch to the Authentic team
Attend meetings with top entertainment creators, executives and producers
Read early drafts of scripts for projects in production and compile notes
View early cuts of projects in post-production and give editorial notes
Become an expert in script coverage - a critical skill in the film and TV industry
Learn how to track a significant number of projects across our four labels
Must Haves
Passion for entertainment and sports
Currently enrolled university student
Able to work up to 20 hours per week
Able to work onsite in our Beverly Hills office
Detail oriented
Willingness to take initiative and show entrepreneurial spirit
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfort in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Proficient in deck design software (Canva, InDesign, etc.)
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Suite
The hourly rate for an undergraduate student intern in CA is $18
The hourly rate for a graduate student intern in CA is $22
