We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join a small, dynamic PMO/Project Controls team within a leading Digital & IT function supporting major infrastructure programmes. Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality administrative support to Programme Manager(s), including arranging and attending meetings, taking minutes, tracking actions, and communicating with owners to ensure timely completion.
Assist in administering the programme governance schedule and maintaining an overview of all actions related to key risks, issues, and dependencies.
Maintain and update the programme RAID log (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), chasing owners for timely and accurate updates, and reporting progress regularly to the Programme Manager.
Chair meetings to communicate PMO delivery progress to senior stakeholders.

Essential Skills and Experience:

Proven experience providing exceptional administrative and coordination support in a fast-paced environment; prior PMO experience is advantageous but not essential.
Proactive self-starter with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to build effective relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Adaptable and committed to continuous learning, willing to take on varied responsibilities.

Desirable Skills:

Familiarity with tools such as Azure DevOps (ADO), Power BI, SharePoint, Smartsheet, or SAP.
